During our recent family holiday at the Mediterraneo, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious room which comfortably accommodated my husband, our two little ones, and me. The beds were a hit with the children, making bedtime much easier after our busy days exploring the city. With young kids, we found the cooking facilities incredibly handy. After a long day of activities, preparing a simple meal was a breeze, allowing us to keep the little ones’ routines intact. Plus, having a shopping centre nearby came in handy for grabbing essentials and snacks. As a parent, I appreciated how user-friendly the hotel was for families with reduced mobility. We noticed ramps and wide corridors that made moving around with our pushchair easy. The bus stop right by the hotel was also a bonus, offering quick access to the bustling city centre with attractions that entertained our children, including the local museums and parks. The Mediterraneo offered a practical base for our family getaway in York, making it a solid option for families looking for convenience and comfort during their travels.
